Who we are

What we collect, and why

• When you book online: your name, phone number and notes, to arrange and confirm your appointment.
• When you are our client: contact details, birthday, preferred stylist, services received, payments, and hair or scalp notes such as sensitivities and allergies, so we can look after you safely and send your receipt on WhatsApp.
• When you apply for a job: your contact details, CV, work history and the answers you give, to assess your application. We ask for your consent before you submit.
• Our staff: employment, payroll and statutory details needed to employ and pay them lawfully.

Who sees it

Only the people at the salon who need it to do their job. We do not sell personal data. We share it with others only where the law requires, for example the tax and social security authorities for staff.

How long we keep it

Client records are kept while you remain a client. Unsuccessful job applications are deleted or anonymised after 12 months unless you ask us to keep you in our talent pool. Staff records are kept for the period the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email or call us and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
